Educational tool, not an official record

EasyGrade provides general calculation and educational tools. Results are estimates based on the values and settings you enter. They are not an official grade, transcript, academic decision, or promise of admission, credit, or promotion.

Check your school’s rules

Grading scales, course weights, GPA rules, rounding, extra credit, and passing requirements differ. Always compare a result with your syllabus, teacher, registrar, or school policy before making an academic decision.

Acceptable use

You may use the public calculators and print results for personal, classroom, or educational purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, collect data unlawfully, or present EasyGrade results as an official school record.

Content and links

We aim to keep formulas and explanations accurate, but information can become outdated or contain errors. Links to other websites are provided for context; EasyGrade does not control their content or privacy practices.

Availability

We may update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access on every device or browser.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, EasyGrade is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an incorrect input, a different school policy, a service interruption, or use of the website outside its intended educational purpose.
