Contact EasyGrade to report a wrong result, suggest a calculator, or ask a question. A message that includes the numbers you entered is the fastest way to get a fix.
Contact EasyGrade: the quick answer
Use the message form on this page. Tell us which calculator you used, what you typed and what you expected. We use your details only to reply. Please do not send real student records or anything private. We cannot change your grade, and we cannot see your teacher’s gradebook.
What to include when you report an error
- The page address or name of the calculator.
- The numbers you entered, and the grading scale you chose.
- The result you saw and the one you expected, with how you worked it out.
- Your browser and device, such as Chrome on Android.
This lets us repeat the problem. We check it against the grading methodology and fix confirmed errors.
What we can help with
- A calculator result that looks wrong.
- A page that does not load, or buttons that do not respond.
- Ideas for new calculators or clearer wording.
- Accessibility problems, such as something a keyboard or screen reader cannot use.
- Privacy questions. See the privacy policy first.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change or explain your school’s grades, decide whether a teacher’s rule is fair, or give academic, legal or financial advice. For those, ask your teacher or school. Results here are estimates. See the disclaimer.
