These terms cover your use of easygrade.site (“Easygrade” or “the site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. If you’re under 18, ask a parent, guardian or teacher to read them with you.
What Easygrade is
Easygrade offers free calculators, charts and guides that help you estimate grades: test scores, quiz and course averages, weighted grades, final exam targets and GPA. They’re for information and study planning. Results are estimates. Please read our Disclaimer too.
Using the site
You’re welcome to use the calculators for personal, study and classroom use, and teachers may print our charts for their students. Please don’t:
- copy, republish or sell our content, charts or code, or present them as your own
- scrape the site in bulk, or load it in ways that slow it down for others
- try to break into, disrupt or reverse-engineer the site or the services behind it
- use a result to misrepresent a grade to a school, employer or anyone else
- use the site to break the law
Accuracy and your responsibility
We check our formulas and worked examples by hand, but we can’t promise that every result suits your situation. Schools use different cutoffs, rounding and weighting. It’s up to you to check a result against your syllabus, or with your teacher, before you act on it. Please don’t make decisions about courses, scholarships or admissions on a calculator result alone.
What you enter
Calculations run in your browser, and you’re responsible for what you type. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
Our content
The text, design, charts and code on Easygrade belong to [OWNER NAME] or are used with permission. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for personal and educational purposes. You may link to us and quote short extracts with credit and a link. For anything beyond that, email [CONTACT EMAIL] first. School, platform and exam-board names mentioned on the site belong to their owners, and we aren’t connected to them.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites we think are useful. We don’t control them or promise they’re accurate, safe or always available.
Ads
Easygrade may show ads. We aren’t responsible for advertisers’ products or claims, and an ad isn’t an endorsement.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or remove any calculator or page at any time. We don’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that results are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on a result, including a grade that differs from the one your school records. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [USA, Canada], and courts there will handle any dispute, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
