About EasyGrade: Free, Private Grade Calculators
About EasyGrade: it is a free set of grade calculators for students, parents and teachers, built to give a clear answer fast, show the working, and keep your numbers on your own device.
About EasyGrade: the quick answer
EasyGrade is a collection of free online calculators for test grades, weighted grades, final exam scores, GPA, class averages, grade curves and grading scales. Each one gives you the result, shows the steps, and runs in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.
Why EasyGrade exists
Working out a grade should take a minute, not a spreadsheet. Many grade tools are cluttered, hide how they get their answer, or ask you to sign up. EasyGrade aims to be the opposite: one clear page per question, plain language, and the formula visible so you can check it.
What we believe
- Show the working. Every result comes with its steps, and the grading methodology lists every formula and rounding rule.
- Be exact. Cutoffs are compared with exact fractions, so a score on a boundary lands on the right side.
- Stay private. Grades are not uploaded or saved. See the privacy policy.
- Be honest about limits. Results are estimates. Your school sets the official grade. See the disclaimer.
- Be usable by everyone. Pages work on phones and with a keyboard, with messages that screen readers can announce.
Who EasyGrade is for
Students can see what they need on a final or what a score means in letters. Parents can check progress without learning a formula. Teachers can work out a class average, test a curve or print a grading scale. The calculators are not tied to any school or country, and you can use your own scale.
How the calculators are made and checked
Each calculator is tested with automated checks of its own rules, thousands of random cases compared with a separate exact calculation, and checks in a real browser at phone width. Testing lowers the chance of mistakes but cannot prove there are none, so if you find one, please tell us. We fix confirmed errors and update the page.
Independence
EasyGrade is independent. It is not affiliated with any school, university, exam board or software vendor, and it does not sell your data, because it does not collect it.

Marwa Majid

Marwa writes the step-by-step guides and explanations that sit alongside each calculator, turning formulas into plain language with worked examples. She also tests the tools with real scores, including edge cases such as half-point scoring and results that land exactly on a grade cutoff.
